Name and Headquarters Change for FILTRATEX COMPONENTS, S.L.

Dear Valued Customers,

We are glad to share exciting news regarding a significant milestone for our Group.

Effective immediately, our Spanish subsidiary FILTRATEX COMPONENTS, S.L. officially takes on a new company name - TESTORI IBERIA, S.L.

This change, coinciding with the celebration of FILTRATEX COMPONENTS’ 25+5 anniversary, marks the culmination of five years of collaboration and integration since the acquisition by Testori Group in 2018.

Aligned with our global expansion strategy, the new denomination strengthens the Testori brand worldwide and play a fundamental role in the consolidation of the Group in the Iberian market.

In conjunction with the name change, Filtratex is also relocating and consolidating their Headquarters and plant facilities, expanding its production footprint.
Here following the new address: Carrer Marià Cubí i Soler, 23 – 08192 – Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona)

Worthwhile to note that these changes do not involve the creation of a new company; rather, it reflects a new name and address, while retaining the existing VAT number.

TESTORI IBERIA, S.L. will continue to uphold the high standards associated with our Filtratex® and Testori® brands, both of which have earned an excellent reputation in the market.
