Air Slide Belts
The production of technical fabrics far air slide belts was developed by Testori in the Sixties, when the first storage and fluidised transport lines of powders using textile material were introduced.
Experience gained working alongside manufacturers of plants, silos and terminals, the effort of technicians dedicated to the study of special scrims, together with modern production technologies have all contributed to developing a complete range of articles in either rolled cloth or cut to measure.
Rolls of different length are available in widths of 200 to 1600 mm. The multiple structure of the cloth means that the right weights and thicknesses for the individuai application can be produced.
The uniformity of the fluidising effect along the air-slide is guaranteed by the special surface, the permeability of the fabric and by its unchanging size over time. The use of staple yarn also ensures high mechanical resistance to abrasion.
Areas of application: in silos, hoppers, stacks for the transport of cement, lime, alumina, flying ashes and flour.

Polyester, polypropylene and pvc cords for snap and special filter bags. Diameters : 3÷12 mm.
Sewing threads
Polyester, polypropylene, meta-aramydic, acrylic and PTFE.
Felts with various thickness
Felts with various thickness for the elements of the bags in acrylic, polyester, PPS and meta-aramydic fibers. Thickness: 3 -20 mm.
